Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged product received.
- Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- An unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened without cuts or edits.
- You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging along with any tags or freebies received.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship the replacement item to you at no extra cost.
Return Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason other than damage or error, you may request a return in exchange for store credits.
Return Guidelines
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be returned in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Unboxing videos are encouraged for returns as well to avoid disputes.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, store credits (valid for 6 months) will be issued to your registered email or account.
Additional Information
- Customized, personalised, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product fails our quality inspection upon return.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Store credits issued upon return are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Please ensure products are securely packaged for return shipments. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during customer-initiated returns.
- Refunds or credits will be processed only after thorough inspection and approval by our team.
- For exchanges or returns due to damage or error, please keep all original packaging and documentation to assist in claim processing.
