Exchange Policy

At Celeste, we believe in making your shopping experience delightful and worry-free. We offer a hassle-free exchange process and always prioritize your satisfaction.

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)

To be eligible for an exchange:

• An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
• You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging along with any tags or freebies received.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship the replacement item to you at no extra cost.
